A bigger sandbox.
Inspired by “The Crossroads of Should and Must” by Elle Luna.

Your sacred space and daily efforts will become even more sacred. You will build a beautiful world for your Must. And over time, it will be tempting to stay forever in this magical place that you’ve created, never to return to the everyday world again. But the complete and ultimate journey requires that you return, share your Must, and in so doing, lift the lives of others.
~ Elle Luna, “The Crossroads of Should and Must. Find and Follow Your Passion.”
Did you like playing in a sandbox, when you were a kid?
I loved it.
I loved having all those colored plastic shapes and cups with different figures and pictures on them.
I loved creating something beautiful. Fun and simple.
You take a cup, you fill it with sand, you hit the sand a few time with a cute small colored shovel to even the sand, you put it on the wooden side of a sandbox, you flip it over, hit it again a few times to get the sand out, putting your heart into it, you take the cup off and here we go — there is a piece of art.
I am an artist now. A creator. Proud.
Loved it.
Most of the time I played in a small neighborhood sandbox with a couple of kids from the houses next to ours.
Sometimes my parents would take me to a city sandbox. Much bigger and fancier.
More kids. Cool older kids. Cool stuff to play with. Cool slides, and toys, and swings, plastic animals, cute little houses, where you could hide and pretend you lived there.
I would feel a bit shy at first, especially with lots of cool older kids around. But then I would kind of get used to it. It would become my home ground.
And then when I’d come back to my smaller sandbox, I’d realize I got too big for it. I grew out of it. I’m a bigger kid now, used to a bigger world, bigger sandbox. — And there is nothing wrong with it. It’s natural evolution. From a smaller sandbox to a bigger one.
When we grow up into adults, it’s pretty much the same. Moving from a smaller sandbox to a bigger one. All the time. Each time feeling a bit uncomfortable (or a lot) at first, not really fitting in there yet, but not fitting in in the old smaller sandbox either. It takes some time to adjust getting used to it, spreading your wings wider, playing with older kids, learning new rules.
And then it’s your new home ground.
It’s time to move to a bigger sandbox.
Sometimes you just feel it. It’s scary, but you know you got to do it. Or you’ll get bored, stuck, unsatisfied — and that’s the worst, leads to all kinds of self-destructing behaviors.
What is my bigger box now?
What cool kids do I want to play with?
What do I want this new cooler bigger sandbox to look like?
Imagining my ideal sandbox.

Worldwide connectivity that is coming will make it totally possible. Health Explained will be educating people about PRACTICAL nutrition and movement, healthy living anywhere in the world, combining traditional practices and latest science made practical. Everything is simple, easy to understand, applicable anywhere, explained so that anyone could do it.
People are so confused about healthy living these days! We know a lot, but we do little because there is a lot of confusion. You go to a generic supermarket and 90% of the food or more is a slowly-killing poison! People think, that some higher power wouldn’t allow it to be in a food store, if it was the case — and that is false thinking. People need to be aware. People need to know what is food and can be eaten regularly, and what is food like products that can be consumed at one’s own risk of getting generative disease or some sort of allergy and inflammation response that’s gonna screw up health, mind, energy levels, mood and god knows what else.
We need to bring our understanding of health into daily practice, into the world we create, so we would have a healthier society, that thinks better, feels better and does more and better.
In Russia we have a saying: “Healthy spirit lives in a healthy body”. And I 100% believe in that. When we make our body healthy — mind and spirit get better too — our thoughts, feelings, actions — physical change tend to have a huge impact on our mind and spirit.
I just want to make people less confused. And healthy.
My mom ate some bacon from the store not so long ago. She felt awful, she felt sick, she couldn’t do anything for a couple of hours (I made her a healthy drink with some herbs, so she recovered faster). And she said to me, “But everybody eats it, why do I feel so bad?” And I said, “Look around mom, most of the people are sick or have no energy walking around half dead. Yes, a lot of people do eat shit on a daily basis and have an unhealthy lifestyle — and that’s the results most people get — sick, half dead, miserable.” I don’t believe in creating some silver bullet to manage the negative effects of unhealthy eating and living, of consuming junk food like products we create and “treat” ourselves with. I believe in prevention, in NOT making shit we poison ourselves with in the first place — we can do better, why don’t we?
It’s time for a change. And it starts with awareness of people. Then smarter choices happen. Then food/services providers adjust accordingly.
I want Health Explained to grow big, go international, go worldwide. I want Health Explained to become a to-go online space for practical healthy living and healthy body maintenance education, where people who truly care about health of human beings contribute their knowledge, time and experience, where we all promote and share great health-enhancing products, services, places, people, where we get together to make healthy living happen.
We talked a lot about food and health — it’s time to make healthy living happen. Together. Simple practicality is the key.
That’s my bigger sandbox.
