All I’m saying is that “cravings” for sweet are unnatural. I never have them anymore. By the way — had a tons of them being vegan! And even raw vegan for 4 years. It’s not like I don’t have other experiences. Your body should be able to control blood sugar (cravings for sweet) by itself with no need for an apple. Where do you see cavemen had constant access to apples or ANYTHING sweet before the sugar was invented???

I don’t drink any alcohol. The only spirit that has proven to have some benefits is red wine 1–2 servings.
