ALL recent studies show there is NONE connection between eggs and blood cholesterol AND saturated fats in eggs improve your overall health and blood work, especially lipid panel. OLD DATA!!! I eat pasture-raised eggs daily and have THE BEST health I’ve had in years! Definitely better than on a vegan diet I’ve spent 4 years on.

In fact, just one large egg contains 270 international units (IU) of vitamin A and 41 IU of vitamin D. One large egg also contains about 6 g of protein and 72 calories.”
