Definitely add some weight training for your abs. If not a gym goer, purchase a set of ankle weights, 3–5 pounds, depending on your core’s strength and start doing leg raises with ankle weights. That and sprinting really brings out the abs. If your diet is good, and you have low body fat — you’ll have no problem building and seeing more abs definition. Now, if you need to bring your body fat down too — that’s the question of adjusting your macros, the kinds of foods that promote belly fat burning and calories. I can give more advice on that if needed, when I see your food diary.

Does it help? :) Always ask more questions if I need to explain things better :)
