Don’t Eat Shit (DES).
The EASIEST way to your own 6 pack abs.

Out of the gym.
Had a great workout.
Pants. Workout top.
Showing off my abs.
Part of the reason I don’t change my gym clothes, till I get home, is to get a bit more Vitamin D on my walk back exposing more of the skin to the afternoon Sun.
Part of it is to get attention of people, make them curious, make them ask questions, ask for advice — that often happens.
As long as I keep smiling and staying open and welcoming to questions and curiosity from others, instead of being defensive and expecting an attack or judgements, as long as I do that, every day someone asks me how to lose fat, especially belly fat and get fitter, how to see their abs finally.
“You have abs!”
“Everyone has them” — me, smiling.
“How do I get mine?”
So I get a chance to share some of my health/fitness wisdom. I get to share healthy habits, health practice with more people. And maybe change someone’s life.
Very often people automatically assume, that I follow all that advice you often hear — count calories, watch how much you eat, eat often, don’t skip breakfast, don’t skip meals, don’t eat too much fat or too many carbs, concentrate on proteins, do cardio, don’t eat late — those are the “rules”, that most of us believe we need to follow like a religion to have a 6 pack, toned body, nice muscles, to lose weight and get healthy, to improve their metabolism.
I used to believe that too.
BUT.
I’d go crazy, if I followed all that!

And I followed those rules. And it drove me insane. And I felt I didn’t have a life. And I did feel like I was missing out. And I did binge. And I did feel like I needed cheat days and reward myself with junk on a regular basis. And I was in a bad mood or with no energy for the life of fulfillment and fun and awe and wandering and WOWing every moment. And yes, I did have a 6 pack also. But…was it worth it?
And I do have a 6 pack now.

Actually now my 6 pack is with me 365 days a year. 24/7. Instead of some days like it used to be.
And I don’t have and don’t need cheat days.
And I don’t binge.
And I’m in amazing mood all the time.
And I don’t feel like I’m missing out.
And I don’t feel like I’m missing any food.
And I don’t feel hungry, like I used to, eating 4–6 times a day.
And I have pouring-over-the-top energy.
And I have child-like wonder.
And I say WOW! so often.
And I have energy to lead and make things happen.
And my creative muscle gets stronger daily.
And I’m bubbling with ideas.
And I’m SO excited about my life and SO grateful for every moment of it!
AND.
I love eating late. Like 7–8 PM. (I go to bed around 9PM).
And I love eating big meals once a day. Like really big. For a small girl I am. A pound or 2 of fish with a pound of vegetables.
Or a pound of nuts.
Or a pound of tvorog (Russian fermented cheese-like stuff) with a pound of full fat sour cream.
Or 6-egg omelet with a pound of veggies.
And I love my chocolate daily.
And I don’t do any cardio or High Intensity (what I like to call Insane) training.
And I don’t go to the gym every day.
And I never eat breakfast.
And I eat lots of fats.
And I don’t eat much protein most of the days.
And I never ask for skim or free-of-whatever anything.
And I couldn’t care less for my calories.
And I eat out (Although I prefer home-made meals, when I can choose my own fish, vegetables etc. and make them exactly as I want them — I’m picky and love the best quality, I like to know EXACTLY what goes in my body)
And most people, unless I mention it, never notice I’m on any kind of diet.
Now, I’m not saying everyone should adopt the same habits.
Not at all.
You might enjoy smaller meals, or different foods, or eating few times a day, or running and doing lots of cardio — there are as many ways to be healthy as there are people on the planet.
Health is really simple. It’s so easy and simple, that it’s a real shame we got this sick-and-tired-fat-and-always-on-the-diet epidemic.
Health is about smart, health-promoting choices.
How to be fit and healthy?
DES — Don’t Eat Shit (Anything with sugar, any processed foods, anything that can’t be recognized as a whole food at first sight, anything man-made in a lab)
MOVE — Our bodies are designed to move, just like an automobile is designed for driving. You don’t move — you die. Everyone dies, but you’ll get sick and die faster.
That’s it.
“HOW” is even simpler in practice.
Every day you eat, right?
When you do — DES — Don’t eat shit. Make smarter choices. Whole foods, that were not manufactured, but were growing or running at some point with no shit added to it. The best quality you can afford. Your life is LITERALLY is going to be made of it.
How to move more? Don’t sit, stand, walk AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. NO EXCUSES!
That’s it.
No diets, supplements or gym memberships required.
What is more important to you? Feeling good, healthy, full of energy, ready to change the world and have an awesome life? Or another ice-cream?
And hey, I’m not saying there is THE right or THE wrong choice. And I’m not saying there is no room for a mouth-watering ice-cream on a hot summer afternoon. No. That’s not what I’m saying at all.

Just make sure, you know what you choose with every action you take. And make peace with the consequences.
It’s that simple. Try it.
