It was so quiet this morning.
4.30 AM.
No wind. No people. No sounds.
New York.
Some people ask me why I love waking up this freaking early (3.30 AM) — the quietest time on Earth. No matter where you are.

I feel like at that time I am spending time with myself. I’m not biased by the world around me. I’m not defined by it. When I start to fear that meeting with my true self, I tend to self-sabotage my lifestyle to not be up at this hour.
I feel like at this hour I am in control of my decisions — what kind of day do I want to live? How do I want to treat myself? How do I want to treat other people? What kind of values and priorities do I want to reinforce? What kind of energy and behaviors do I want to support and multiply in the world? What do I want to commit to today?
3.30 AM is the best time for me to answer all these questions without interruptions.
Yes, the world is not in my control.
Yes, most of the situations and circumstances will not happen according to my plan.
Yes, life never works on anyone’s schedule or exactly as one expects.
But, when I get up at this hour, I feed this feeling inside of me, “No matter what happens today, miracles or lessons, or disasters, I can and will deal with it, I can choose how to act to move the situation into direction of my vision for myself and the world.”
3.30–4.30 AM is my power hour.

Be enthusiastic about everything you do and anything that comes into your life. Life is happening FOR you, not TO you. People feel enthusiasm — that’s how we attract our best life. With enthusiastic actions! Live it like you mean it!
Connection.
Life is meant to be lived with other people, in the world. Whatever it is we do with our life will be worth absolutely nothing, if we don’t make an effort to build real, true, honest, heart-to-heart connections with other people. Life is meant to be lived together. Connect, open your heart, smile, give, share, be kind, be generous with your assumptions.
Ever felt miserable? You probably didn’t have anyone at that moment close to you to share your blues with — that’s where biggest miseries come from.
Magic.
Expect magic in every moment. In every person. In every encounter. Act as if life has the most extraordinary plans for you just around the corner, maybe in the next person you meet. Get ready, stay open, assume the best. It might sound out-there, but our actions, and attitudes, and energy simply shift, when we expect the worst. And we do start attracting the worst in people and situations. Nothing is bad or good. Everything and everyone has a bright side. Will you see it?

And that’s what I’m snacking on today.
I felt like fish. My body was asked for it. I don’t eat animal products often but sometimes I wake up and like, “Yep, I got to have fish today”.
I always choose no salt no oil added. I’m basic and very simple with food, go with as natural and close to nature as possible.
And also ALWAYS prefer smaller fish — it has much less toxins just because it’s higher on a food chain, meaning it doesn’t eat bigger marine life that tend to accumulate more bad stuff like mercury (that is very toxic for our brain and nervous system). Hey, even Tony Robbins had to go on a fish-mercury detox because he had too much Tuna, nobody is immune, do the best you can, don’t be stupid.

You don’t get healthy and stay healthy.
