Evil Foods List. FOODS TO EAT NEVER!
I’ve been asked a lot in the past few days about ultimate EVIL FOODS list. Foods that should never be on anyone’s menu.
If one truly cares about their health, fitness, vitality, longevity, energy and success in life.
Unless you are on a deserted island and that is the only food available to you — you have no excuse to put it on your menu. Your body has no requirements for them. These foods bring ONLY damage to your body.
What’s the list?
PROCESSED GRAINS PRODUCTS.
These products, one of them or all together are in 90% or more of the products you find at a generic store. Even health friendly stores. Once you start paying attention to the ingredients in your food you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
I consume a lot of information on health, nutrition, fitness, physical activity, performance, longevity etc.
And not from anyone, but from really good sources. I’ll reference a few here. Check them out if you don’t believe me. Take care of yourself! It’s important!
I test everything on myself long term and on people I work with.
I test it with my family and friends.
That’s a no-brainer.
You probably know how it’s bad for your waistline, your teeth.
But you might not know that sugar is actually toxic and poisonous for your body. Plus it’s a neurotoxin, meaning it causes damage to your brain and nervous system, and makes you stupid eventually (compared to what you could be). It’s as addictive as heroin. AND it’s probably THE major cause of diseases of modern civilization like diabetes, obesity, heart disease, cancer, strokes, Alzheimer’s, dementia, arthritis, metabolic syndrome etc.
PROCESSED GRAINS PRODUCTS.
Bread, pasta, pastries, cereals, granola bars — you don’t need them, they are damaging for your body.
The only grains that are ok to eat are the ones you can steam and eat as a side dish — steamed rice, quinoa, buckwheat, oatmeal. Just make sure they are really good quality and have no sugar or vegetable oils added.
- Canola Oil
- Corn Oil
- Soybean Oil
- “Vegetable” oil
- Peanut Oil
- Sunflower Oil
- Safflower Oil
- Cottonseed Oil
- Grapeseed Oil
- Any fake butter substitutes
Bad for you! Rancid. Cause inflammation and add a lot of oxidative stress into your cells, age you, make you fat and sluggish.
Here are a couple of podcasts that talk about how bad these oils are, previously considered healthier versions to natural fats like coconut oils, real organic butter, lard.
These foods should not be on your menu! EVER!
But most importantly, start looking at the ingredient lists of foods and make sure NONE of the foods you consume have them. You’d be surprised how many health friendly places add those oils to their products, like they roast nuts in those oils.
And most probably your favorite eat-out place uses them too.
Food is information.
Last point for today.
Stop worrying about all the proteins, fats and carbs, vitamins and minerals that much.
That’s not how nature intended eating to be. Animals figured it out.
Food is information for our genes. Information to build healthy, vital, fool of energy bodies, or sick and frail bodies.
Food is the most intimate connection between our genes and our environment.
Food we eat goes into every cell of our body. Food builds every cell of our body.
Quality and source of our food matters much more than nutrient list.
That’s why supplements are inferior to food — they just don’t provide all the necessary information, all the good information. Science is just not there yet. Will it ever be? Don’t know.
Heard of epigenetics? Science about interaction between genes and environment? How genes are activated depending on the feedback and stimulus from the environment they get?
Well, the kind of genes that build your body and life depend on the environment you create for yourself.
And food is the most intimate connection between your genes and your environment.
Give your genes good information to build beautiful, healthy, vibrant body and mind and eventually successful life.
Eat REALLY good quality food.
You don’t get healthy and stay healthy.
