Experiment for progress.
Experiment for progress.
To go beyond where you are now, once you, your body adjusted to what you do, you got to experiment and try something new.
It goes for weight loss, for health and fitness progress, for work progress, for relationships — for everything.
I’m trying a bunch of new things — videos, pictures, photo shoots, new trainings, new approach to my nutrition, communicating with people in a different way, building different kind of relationships… Yesterday I went for a movie audition! Never done that before. I want to be seen by other people and perform better, I want to build more connections in entertainment industry (Might lead to all kinds of opportunities) and it’s just something I’ve always wanted to try, something so out of my comfort zone.
Progress is inevitable when you don’t stop moving, improving, when you experiment non-stop (giving it time to see the results and get feedback).
Did you know that our cells are small batteries with electrical charges running through them all the time?
Did you know that whatever disturbs that electrical current will make you sick in one way or the other?
Fat, degenerative diseases, bad memory, depression, cancer etc. — it’s all about energy, it’s all about good electrical current in our body. Bio-chemistry, food, diets, exercise — it’s all good, when it makes our cells and our body more conductive, allowing the electric charges to run smoothly.
It might sound out there, but that’s exactly what’s happening.

Was Nikola Tesla’s rumored “Death Ray” in fact a “Health Ray?” It just might have been! Dave welcomes Energetic Fitness founder Justin Brost to the podcast to talk about the technology Tesla invented over a hundred years ago. A device that he believed could extend human life to 250-years. This radical scientific machine is said to have the ability to recharge mitochondria, and in the process, heal the human body by helping its cells perform at their optimal level, thereby decreasing the development of diseases and cancers. Justin reveals the science behind the “Tesla Health Ray,” and his journey to recreate the technology and make it accessible to the world.
