It’s my best January 1st of my life! Almost 30 years of my life!
What can I say, habits installed in childhood die hard.
Habits like staying up late and eating all you can fit in your stomach and more, going to night parties you don’t always want to go to but going anyway because of your peers or family, feeling all crappy next few days, still eating, not moving much, being the laziest you can be just because it’s what everyone else does!
There is absolutely no reason why we can’t celebrate New Year with friends and family on January first during the day. Building better healthier connections.
There is no reason why we can’t do something like midnight run in NYC instead of running a marathon of who-can-eat-and-drink-the-most-and-the-fastest.
There is always an alternative.
There is always a choice.
You can lead and show that choice. Instead of joining the crowd and do what “everybody else does always.”
Waking up in the morning and feeling like crap, feeling like staying in bed the whole day and not seeing anyone, the world, wishing the time to pass as fast as possible because you feel shitty physically and mentally, having all the thoughts about diets and “having” to exercise to lose all the food you ate.
I hated that!
I hate it now and finally I’m over it.
I don’t feel like I need to stay up the whole night indulging in crappy lifestyle just because “every one else” chooses to do that.
Actually there are lots of people who don’t do that. Depends on where you look for examples.
I finally broke that habit I hated and feeling so liberated!
Not to mention so fit healthy and full of energy ready to rock 2017!
And I want you to feel that too! To feel the difference! The power of YOUR choices!
