Hey Ryan! Thanks for the comment! (Mind you — this is not my book and I don’t agree with everything it says, no do I think ANYONE has all the answers or comes even close to it at this point in nutrition/health/longevity science)
- Where did you get the data that Hong Kong is the home to THE longest living people? Last time I’ve checked BLUE ZONES do not include Hong Kong?
- The article says nothing about health of people in Hong Kong — only that they eat TOO DAMN MUCH MEAT ( 102.7kg)! Compared to most Chinese population (27.4kg) putting stress on the environment since raising meat requires water resources? WTF?
