How I cured Vitiligo (Michael Jackson had it too).
A couple of days ago I got this newsletter from Peter Diamandis, announcing a webinar with the author of “The Plant Paradox: The Hidden Dangers in “Healthy” Foods That Cause Disease and Weight Gain”, Steven R. Gundry, MD.

As I was reading through one of the success stories in the book, it was about a man who cured Vitiligo (Michael Jackson’s white-skin-patches condition) by eliminating toxic plants that were causing his immune system to attack the cells that give our skin color (melanin), as I was reading through it, I realized, that I did the exact same thing about a decade ago, even though I was just trying to lose weight, after my exchange student experience in US.
Yes, I had it too, Vitiligo, white patches disease, a condition that is still a mystery to our medical community.
And we all might be looking at it from a completely wrong perspective, thinking, that there is something wrong with our body, when in reality our body is trying to defend itself from toxic plants’ poisons.
I got it when I was 11–12 years old. It wasn’t the most pleasant experience, going into insecurity teenage phase, with white patches appearing on my skin. I wanted to get rid of it so much! But nobody knew what was wrong with me! So many tests — no clear conclusion whatsoever. Of course I tried anything I could myself, I did all kinds of research in traditional and non-traditional medicine — I eventually cured it, but I thought it was meditation, mindset, sun exposure with some Chinese herbs… And maybe it helped too, but as I start thinking about it now, the cure happened at exactly the same time, as I started my “recovering-after-US” diet program to lose all the weight I gained while being abroad.
I eliminated, as it turns out, all the toxic plants, that according to “The Plant Paradox” can cause acute and chronic allergic and auto-immune reactions in our body, causing many many diseases and minor malfunctions from mental fog and fatigue to metabolic syndrome, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, Parkinson’s, arthritis and god knows what else. I eliminated the oatmeal and buckwheat I loved so much and was consuming on a daily basis, especially a lot somewhere around the time when I was 11–12 years old, I eliminated all the peanuts and cashews, along with all the grains and beans, along with all the fruits, and most vegetables, leaving fish, local eggs, local fermented dairy, vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower, greens — I lost all 10kg that I wanted and … my Vitiligo.
I wish Michael Jackson knew about that, maybe he wouldn’t end up bleaching himself, having to finish it all with plastic surgeries…
Might all your illnesses, allergies, issues with inflammation and blood sugar, belly weight gain, mood swings, fatigue and mental fog be too caused by “oh-so-healthy” holy grail of healthy eating? — whole grains, your favorite quinoa and brown rice, rolled oats, whole-grain bread and pasta, beans and nuts, imported fruits, nightshade vegetables like tomatoes and peppers?
