How to always motivate yourself.
From 200 LB overweight to THE FITNESS MODEL!

Motivation.
Every time I hashtag (#) anything with the word “Motivation” I get more hits and likes.
I hear so often,
“I’d do that but often I often just lose motivation somewhere in the middle. I start and I can’t make myself keep going. How do you motivate yourself to do all these things? Where do you get all this energy and motivation?”
The more successful I get with pushing through the obstacles when they arise, external or internal, the more I realize that motivation, that drive that keeps pushing you forward is an inside job.
Most people out there are not going to try to motivate you, or even cheer you up, and encourage you to keep going after your dreams and goals, to be your best self. They are barely making it through the day themselves! Why would they care about you on top of all the sh*t they have to deal with?
Most of the world out there will try to bring you down, not on purpose, but because most people simply never learn how to manage their state and energy, leave alone someone else. Most of the world is in reactive, protective/aggressive, ready-for-attack-any-moment mode.
So you got to work on your motivational muscle yourself!
Yes, it is a muscle, even though we can’t see it.
Yes, with training it gets stronger and it grows — you can’t see it but you can definitely feel it.
Best way to build that motivational muscle of yours, that is probably in a worse shape than your abs and butt?
Have an intention to motivate or cheer up someone instead.
Notice someone feeling sad and being negative?
Cheer them up! Make them believe they can do that! Make them feel better about themselves! Make them laugh, or at least smile.
It’s very hard to motivate and cheer someone up without getting motivated and cheerful yourself.
Try it!
Take 3 daily. — Find 3 people around you daily to bring them up.
You’ll shoot for the stars in no time with more motivation than you know what to do with!
