Some Mondays are like that.

You wake up and not really in the mood to start anything, leave alone going after your dreams giving it all you got.

What to do then?

Act like you do have all the energy and drive to make it happen. NOW!

Wake up before the Sun.

Journal.

Think again about what’s important to you and why.

Drink water with lemon juice and turmeric.

Plan your day.

Get dressed.

Go outside and move — walk, run, lift weights — whatever it is you do. I found that walking does wonders for my mind.

Come back.

Take a shower.

Drink more water.

Make yourself some coffee.

Smile.

And start working on the important things.

In Russia we have a saying, that goes something like, “The appetite comes while you are eating”, meaning if you don’t feel like doing something — start and you’ll get into it while doing.

You don’t get healthy and stay healthy.
