How to live.
A lot of us like to overcomplicate things to have a chance to find an excuse not to do something we are uncomfortable doing.
For me, health practice, healthy body maintenance comes easy — I’ve been doing it for so long, it’s become my second nature.
Business, public speaking, doing webinars, classes, making videos, doing presentations of my ideas — that requires work and other kind of practices, that I tend to overcomplicate hiding an excuse not to follow through.
But our ability to overcomplicate things does not make them difficult or complicated, or impossible.
Most of the things, once we put them into regular practice, don’t take much energy or time, but keep paying off the more we do them with bigger and bigger returns.
It’s true for business.
It’s true for your health.
To be a well-functioning happy human being you don’t need to be an Olympic athlete and spend hours in the gym.
In fact, most of centenarians (people who live to be over hundred), don’t train much at all, and definitely do not push themselves to the limits in the gym. They just move consistently. They move to go places and to meet people. They have some moving hobbies like gardening, or walking, or building stuff. They move to do things.
None of them are on supplements and protein shakes, or any kind of diet they can identify. They eat whole local fresh organic (that have no organic label) foods — foods that are available then and there. They eat to live and nourish their life.

Today is about 3 rules for healthy body maintenance.
What to do, besides eating healthy and moving, to be a healthy happy human being living life to the fullest?
Enough to wake up without an alarm feeling refreshed, rested and ready to go.
Clean drinking plain water. Start with 8 glasses. Keep the habit for a week consuming most of the water during morning and afternoon hours, starting your day with a HUGE glass of water (mine is 0.5 L).
Your body is 80% water. Each cell of your body needs water to function. You lose water daily. You need to replenish the reserves. We can live for weeks without food. Without water? Days.
Fatigue? Low energy? Headaches? Irritation? Depression? You might be simply dehydrated. Your mood is biochemistry of your body, not some metaphysical concept.
That being said,
positive mindset is a third rule,
you need to work on daily to succeed in life and be healthy.
Even the brightest day can be turned into tragedy with negative thinking. And the spiral goes down non-stop until you stop it with positive thinking.
Negative thoughts, complaints, seeing a problem in every opportunity will turn your life and health into hell.
Even the best health can be turned into sickness with a negative attitude.
Positive attitude is not given. It’s a daily commitment. It’s daily work.
Yes, healthy lifestyle helps a lot. Yes, positive mindset follows a healthy body. But it also goes the other way around. Positive thinking creates more health. Negative thinking creates more sickness. It’s your choice to make.
