This quote was the beginning of the book I’ve just finished.
The book is all about frequencies,
Frequency is the number of cycles of a wave to pass some point in a second. The units of frequency are thus cycles per second, or Hertz (Hz).
Electro-magnetic frequencies — everything in this world vibrates. Everything has a frequency. There are very serious theories, that everything is just that, energy waves, strings, vibrating at different speeds or frequencies — that is what the whole Universe is made of, and it seems, that the higher the vibrations of the living or non-living things, the better feelings they produce in us. In fact, our thoughts and feelings have frequencies too. The more positive an uplifting the thought or feeling is, the higher the vibration of it.
We could go deep into the physics of it, or we can explore the biological side of it, the material side, the side we are most interested in, because that’s the side we experience daily the most.
What does it mean to you and me? To our health? The way we look? The way we feel? How much energy we have for life, how much motivation, how much zest! How fit we are, how strong, how lean. All of that is influenced by varieties of frequencies we are exposed to on a daily basis, and not just from the obvious electronic devices, but, from all the foods we consume, all the substances, all the practices and behaviors we engage in, like using essential oils or meditating, or going for a walk in nature, or playing with pets, or connecting with our loved ones, family and friends, the type of exercises we do, how we breathe, what music we listen to, what words we use, what books we read — that all has different frequencies, that influence the way we are in the world, what we experience and attract into our experience.
I’ve been familiar with frequencies theory for many years now, and I’ve tried to use it to the best of my ability, combining it with different more physical and biochemical practices, that are proven to be beneficial to our health and well-being.

As you can see from the contents of the book, the author goes into details on a wide range of topics — that’s how powerful frequencies and vibrations are, they are everywhere and they affect everything, even though the exact mechanism of how it all works is not refined yes, is not fully understood. We know bits and pieces, that we can prove, that tend to produce more or less consistent results, but we do not know all the specifics, and a most of it is our speculations and our best guesses.
What was most interesting for me, of course, was the nutrition and lifestyle part of it, how different foods, drinks, substances, exercises affect our health, our energy levels, our performance, mental and physical, our motivation and mindset, our thoughts and emotions.
You can see in the table and in the text below, what has the highest frequencies and the lowest frequencies.
I totally believe, that those foods and substances affect us differently, and we do need to pay attention to the physics of foods, not just biochemical part, proteins, carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals, calories. But I also believe, that it’s not a panacea and the answer to everything — to eat the most high vibrational foods, do the most high vibrational practices, and it will all take care of itself.
I personally tried living on juices only for a year — couldn’t do it, had to start eating foods. My body craved animal foods, I developed nutritional deficiencies I needed to fix, I needed more, not just energy of high frequency.
The same with words and thoughts, I don’t think yoga and breathing is all we need in life. Unless all we want to do in life is do yoga and blissfully breathe in … and breathe out.
When I work out and lift heavy weight, I don’t want to be saying THANK YOU! to my dumbbell for providing me with means to reach physical excellence — all I want to say, honestly, and I do say it quite often — SH*T! F*CK!, trying to lift that dumbbell one more time to ultimate failure.
The same with food.
Don’t get me wrong, I loved my green juices and smoothies that year. I felt divine and uplifted all the time, but I also felt unbalanced, not socially adapted and open, connected. Craving things, foods, experiences. I couldn’t build any considerable strength or muscle definition, and my six pack was the result of starvation, not increased leanness and musculature development. And I couldn’t do anything in the world, because everything would end up making me all emotional about it. (I guess my vibes were too high for this low world?)
I eat veggies every day now. I love my greens, but I also love my wild fish and pasture-raised eggs just as much! And even though I focus on gratitude, giving and love, I do like to swear sometimes too. And I don’t necessarily love everyone, who pushes me in New York subway, stepping on my feet at the same time.
I don’t think everyone must become a vegetarian or vegan, because it’s so high vibrational.
I don’t think we all need to only give love to each other and high vibrations. We all need tough love from time to time, and a bit of suffering, pressure, to mold us into a hard shiny diamond, to make us learn our life lessons, to make us better, more loving and appreciative.
I believe in balance.
I believe we are biochemical and energetic beings.
I believe we need to think in terms of energy and vibrations, but also not forget, that we are made of flesh and blood.
I believe in duality.
I believe, that we need white just as much as we need black.
I believe we need low vibrations just as we need high ones.
What can you take away from reading the book? Reading my post?
Eat high vibrational foods, the better the quality of your foods, plant or animal, organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised, produced and grown with love and care, wild, close to nature, to the source, fresh — the better your health will be, the more energy you will have, the better you will perform mentally and physically. There is no doubt about it.
But also, don’t forget to look at your biological side, your goals — not everyone wants to be a yogi, some born to be bodybuilders. Not everyone wants to live on greens only, chanting OM all day long. We are not made equal, but we all can benefit from high vibrations, foods and practices, from more love, appreciation, giving, understanding and gratitude.
We need to understand, how energy works in our body, but we also shouldn’t forget about all the carbs, fats and proteins, and how they influence our biochemistry differently.
Energy and high frequencies can produce thoughts and can change our biology, but so our biology, our physicality and materialism can change our thoughts.
Do your yoga and breathe fully, but also don’t through away some good heavy lifting and sprinting workouts.
Chant OM sometimes, but also don’t be afraid to swear, when it can be channeled into something creative, something constructive.
Order is born from chaos.
Chaos follows order.
Tesla was right in his quote. I believe so.
But he also died lonely in a hotel room, barely having any (if any) true friends, maybe pigeons he fed every day, because he was so absorbed in his works and purity of things (He didn’t want to contaminate his energy with people, always wore gloves when touching others, and was very particular about his foods, that left him very weak physically.
I’m not sure I want my life to end this way. I don’t think I want to live my life this way.
There is still a lot we have to learn — how to practically use energies and frequencies for our benefit.
And ultimately, how to balance somewhere in between our physical and very human existence, and higher vibrations.
You don’t get healthy and stay healthy.
