I remember in Rio I saw a rowing team on a special boat training machine. It was outdoors, in a pool, stationary and you could adjust the speed of the “current”. Looked like they were working quite hard. I thought what a brilliant idea! Much more fun then cardio rowing machines! Here in Siberia we don’t have much opportunities for rowing but I always wanted to try it :) But yes, i’m actually surprised that we people don’t get it that daily movement is like other kind of nutrition for the body. We need it. It’s not a choice if we want to live in a healthy body.
