Lean Body Health School.
What we learned this week.

Exercise dilemma.
Secret sauce of body sculpting.
Take vitamins like a superhuman.
Every weekend I do a weekly recap for the areas of my life.
I look through my ideas, lessons learned, new discoveries, thoughts, projects.
I look through all the data of my life and think about what to improve and how, what to leave, what to continue.
Healthy living is a passion of my life. I’m on a mission to healthify the world — that’s why I learn the most in the area, from any source I stumble upon.
I read, I listen, I practice, I teach.
I learn. I practice. I think and analyze. I teach and help.
If you want to improve your health, if you want to thrive and live like a superhuman, NOT like an average, with OK health, barely making it, human — JOIN THE TRIBE!
Let’s do a short recap of health lessons to change our behavior accordingly, when it makes sense.
Lesson 1.
“We get fat because we consume too much of the wrong stuff, not because we move too little.
…
Recent scientific data gathered by measuring calories (using specific methods of measuring exact amount of calories an individual burns), calories burned daily by Hadza, a hunter-gatherer tribe in Tanzania, and burned daily by an average American, female and male, data shows, that no matter how active you think you are, your body pretty much burns the same amount of calories every day. It doesn’t matter, if you are a hunter-gatherer in Tanzania, or a nine-to-five office worker in the middle of Manhattan. That means, that obesity epidemic and society fattening does not happen because we move much less in the western world, but because we simply over-consuming the wrong foods, and our body stores it as fat, because it has no use of twice as amount of energy, very often without or with very little nutrition.”

What to do with all this data?
Make your diet your primary weapon of fat destruction.
Stop trying to burn off your bad diet — it’s bad for your health, it literally makes you stupid, old and fat.
Stop counting calories. Healthy diet is not about calories or grams of protein. Healthy diet is about good quality whole foods made by nature, and about quitting (NOT MODERATION!) all the processed junk, especially sugar in ALL its forms, vegetable oils and grain products.
Lesson 2.
“Why do I hit my goals every single time in the gym?
Consistent efforts, knowing why it’s important to me, changing and adapting till I find the solution that works, always learning and looking for improvement strategy, learning from the best … — YES! to all that.
But you know what’s the most important part?
The secret sauce?
I have a very clear answer to one simple question.
“Why do I train?”
Meaning.
What is the purpose of my training? What is the goal? What is the vision for every single workout?
I know my answer.
Every single day.
It doesn’t make any sense for me to go to the gym without knowing what the goal for today is.”

~ My secret sauce of body-sculpting. THE QUESTION to ask before your workout.
What to do with this?
Simple.
Ask and answer this question!
Why do YOU train?
Muscles? Longevity? Health? Fitness? Joy? Weight loss? Getting ready to compete? Want to be faster, stronger, smarter, cooler? Want to sculpt your body? …
And a bonus question,
Is what you are doing now best solution for your why? Or are you wasting your time?
Lesson 3.
“Mindset is power!
But our vehicle in this world, our physical body, it needs support and care too, especially when we want to think about it the least, when we have the least time — that’s when we need it the most, you can’t afford skipping self-care.
To be our best selves. To do our best work. To create our best life.
Don’t give the power to lab tests and “serving size” solutions, to take care of your health and define the level of your vitality.
Start with guidelines (RDA and similar), as a base line, and work your way up (What they say on the package is serving size to avoid getting sick and developing conditions, not to thrive and have superhuman energy levels).
I take 2–3 and more serving sizes of good quality vitamins and supplements I trust, and see how I feel. ALWAYS check in with yourself first. See how you FEEL, NOT how you are SUPPOSED TO FEEL.
I’m here to thrive, not just survive, listening to what doctors, in sick care, have to say about my level of health according to their lab tests, that they don’t really know how to interpret — it keeps changing.”

~ Take vitamins like a superhuman! Which vitamins. Why bother. How.
What to do now?
Take care extra of yourself — your life success depends on it.
Every. Single. Area.
How?
Food — Whole. Organic. Local. Seasonal. Less quantity — More quality.
Vitamins and supplements — Whole foods derived. Organic. Fresh and of best quality. Double and triple the portion. Experiment and track your body feedback.
You are not here to be average.
You are here to be your best self.
Act accordingly.
Short recap:
Lesson 1.
Your food is your main weight loss strategy.
Lesson 2.
Setting a clear goal and knowing your reason for training is THE MOST IMPORTANT part of body/health transformation journey.
Lesson 3.
Upgrade your nutrition (foods, vitamins, supplements) to thrive! NOT to just survive and have OK lab tests.
