It’s more about, if you read it carefully, “stubborn” fat areas. Like when people get fit and get quite lean everywhere but having, what a friend of mine like to call “tire”, in the midsection, or for women not able to lose that last piece of flab in or cellulite in the hips and butt area.

I mentioned in the post that until you get pretty fit and lean targeted fat loss shouldn’t be a goal and yes, not really possible :)
