Life is changing fast. Objectively there are more things going on in any person’s life daily, than even just 10 years ago — more things to take care of, more things to be aware of and learn, new technology, new situations, more things to think of and plan.

Like any natural supplement most of the effects take time to develop. It’s not an aspirin pill. I’d suggest to take 3–6 months to really see the effects, to compare before and after results. But real permanent changes will take time. Patience.
