Mushrooms.
Success in life requires extra self-care.

Life is changing fast. Objectively there are more things going on in any person’s life daily, than even just 10 years ago — more things to take care of, more things to be aware of and learn, new technology, new situations, more things to think of and plan.
A lot of us want to have a great life experience! Be fit and healthy, accomplishing all the things, that excite us. We want to look great, feel great, achieve more and enjoy more — we want to have it all!
And yes, technology, used well, can help us a lot — to be more, do more, enjoy more, but our vehicle in the world, our body and brain might need support to handle the increased demands, increased stress better, to recover faster and better, to do more and better work.
If we don’t take of ourselves in this day and age — the body will collapse at some point. And medications is not the answer — making our body stronger is.
Covering the basics of healthy lifestyle on a daily basis is a must — good nutritious whole foods, vegetables, fruits, meat and fish, nuts and seeds — all of the best quality, enough, not too much, staying active, keeping our body and minds fit for life.
But if you want to achieve greater results, if you decided to go through health/life/business transformation on top of everyday life commitments — you might consider getting support from the right sources.
Like medicinal mushrooms, for example.

They are best known natural adaptogens. Meaning they help the body to handle any kind of stress better. And they all boost immune function. They balance all the systems of our body allowing us to perform better naturally.
“Adaptogens help the body “adapt” to stress factors brought on by external environmental influences or internal imbalance. Specifically, they can significantly increase the body’s resistance to trauma, anxiety and fatigue.
Adaptogens allow your body to naturally regulate itself by normalizing over-activity or under-activity of the organs and glands. They offer characteristics that promote the best pathway for each unique situation, either stimulating or sedating depending on what is needed to replenish or activate the body.”

Chaga, Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps are among the most popular and potent. There are many more.
Each mushroom has its unique properties, I’m not an expert on mushrooms. You can look up more information about any particular mushroom on the websites like the one above.
But all mushrooms boost your immune system, helping your body to protect itself from viruses and all kinds of infections, they are adaptogens, helping you to handle stress in all its forms external or internal better, they help with gut health, with blood sugar regulation. Some are great for focus (cordyceps), some are great for relaxation (reishi), some are great to boost brain performance, memory, learning abilities and repair nerve damage (lion’s mane).
Great podcast on the subject of mushrooms to get you started:
Medicinal Mushrooms Have The Power To Regulate Your Immunity, Boost Your Brain, And Improve Your Gut Health
Mushrooms come in a form of liquid extracts, powder, whole and dried to make tea and elixirs, some of them you can cook and eat.
I got this supplement (picture above), that has a little bit of everything, because I feel my body needs some general support — the best of what all these mushrooms have to offer.
I’m drinking cordyceps and chaga in my mushroom coffee from Four Sigmatic for focus, energy, besides all the other benefits.
I’m starting to take Lion’s Mane today to boost my brain power to learn faster and better, to help my nervous system to recover faster from all the physical and mental training.
Choose yours!
One final note on mushrooms.
Like any natural supplement most of the effects take time to develop. It’s not an aspirin pill. I’d suggest to take 3–6 months to really see the effects, to compare before and after results. I’m not saying you won’t notice some effects right away — I got rid of this muscle twitch I got a few days ago, I usually get those starting training, studying and working more. But real permanent changes will take time. Patience.
