My “Easy 6 Pack” YES/NO Food List.

Don’t Go Nuts! Go COCONUTS!
Yes Foods:
- Fresh (mostly wild) Fatty Fish with lots of Essential Fatty Acids. Personal favorites: mackerel, herring, salmon, sardines, capelin.
- Coconut oil, cream, milk, meat. Anything. I’m nuts for coconuts!
- Fatty Nuts, unsalted mostly raw. Personal Favorites: pine nuts, walnuts, macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, pecans.
- Fresh Organic Whole Eggs (mostly from local farms).
- Fresh Full Cream Fermented Organic Dairy. Always local with no more than 5 days of shelf life. Personal Favorites: Russian kefir, tvorog and sour cream.
Bonus Happy 6-Pack Food: Dark Chocolate, 80% and more Cacao, No Sugar Added.
No Foods:
- Any kind of Processed Sugar. ANY, brown, coconut, whatever.
- Processed Products with Any Kind of Grain, gluten or no gluten. Occasional exception: gluten free, whole, steamed or boiled grains. Personal Favorites: rice (wild or brown), quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth.
- High Carb (Sugars, natural or not) Drinks, that includes fresh fruit juices.
- Foods with Fake Anything: sugars, fats (usually lack of where it’s supposed to be), ingredients I don’t recognize, ingredients not derived from whole foods etc.
- Anything Treated with lots of Salt and Preservatives.
