Thank you Marvin for the feedback! It’s great to hear that you experiment and follow your path at the end, making decisions based on the results, like adjusting calories and training when you need to. We are all different and diets/exercise work a bit differently (or a lot) for all of us. Evidence-based adjustments are the best! Keep going! Right now I’m experimenting with whole foods and food combining more, not so much staying keto — it seems that long term I need to break out from keto for proper hormonal balance. At the end, the most important is to feel/look and perform well, not focusing on precise carb count and ketosis. The goal is not to stay keto — the goal is to be and feel your best! Keto or not!
