And it’s not a joke or a marketing title.
It’s really the best hack to finally make yourself stick to your commitments, to keep your promises to yourself and others, to reach your goals.
And YES! It requires ZERO MOTIVATION exactly.
And zero willpower.
Motivation and willpower are limited resources, that you will NOT have every day of your life — I can guarantee you that much.
You WILL have your down moments, when you have no willpower and no motivation, and no Tony Robbins will help you.
So how do we fix that?
How do we start getting after it every single day till we arrive?
Not perfectly, not without failures and lessons learned, not without delays and detours, not without almost quitting it, not without occasional burnouts — but still consistently and persistently?

Time to get out of your own shadow, of your own head.

Time to get someone to remind you daily to stick to your plan and your goals, to remind you to track your progress towards your goals DAILY, to remind you to be honest with yourself about actual progress and all the BS going on.

Age, gender, ethnicity, geographical location, profession, level of education, religious background, kind of goals — non-essential. Although, having more in common, especially common goals and vision of the future you will be building together, helps a lot.

About 10 days ago!
And although I did not hit many goals in the past 10 days of our journey — I can tell you, that I stuck with my habits and routines with more enthusiasm and energy than ever before, getting better and better daily. AND, I got clearer with my goals and most importantly (my weakness) massive actions, better than ever before. AND I’ve started taking more BOLD actions. AND I truly believe and feel now I can make anything happen.
AND, …. I feel so great every day getting better at being my best self!
And for the first time in … long time… sticking to my TOP FITNESS MODEL SHAPE DIET feels like no work at all — every time I’m about to slip because I lose motivation and forget about the reason why I’m doing this, there is this question in my head, “And what are you going to tell Geoff (my accountability buddy), when he asks you about your diet today? Why couldn’t you stick to it?”, works like magic every time.
Day 9 of my 100 Day Challenge.
Time for some REAL boldness, and hitting some numbers, reaching and exceeding the exact goals I wrote down for the week ahead, searching for the ways to get it done, instead of finding the reasons to quit the pursuit.
Because why not?
Why do we live?!

To have some job, when you could be changing the world for the better in your unique irreplaceable way giving it your best, loving it, despite all the shit that comes up sometimes?
To help a couple of people a day, when you could be helping thousands, feeling immeasurably grateful for the opportunity?
To find things in your day to be excited about, when you could be looking for something NOT to be excited about, living the life you’ve always wanted?
