I finished my 100 day challenge this Tuesday. It took me a couple of days to figure out what was my biggest takeaway from 100 days of daily workouts, 0 sugar and cheat days of any kind, daily videos and blogs.

I got fitter and feeling better than I’ve ever felt — made me realize how much untapped potential is still there to be explore and develop.

I feel so much more in tune with my body. My brain feels so much better — I forgot what fatigue and occasional headaches were, I started recovering really fast (from increased training and work), I remember things much better, and I guess the best thing that 0 sugar and cheat days gave me, meaning no shitty food in my body, the best thing that happened? I like myself more and self-limiting thoughts and negative self-talk is almost entirely gone.

Daily videos? I’m comfortable with being seen and being in front of the camera now, doing interviews, meeting new people, giving talks, communicating my ideas and thoughts. I like it now and I got more ideas for future projects I can do in video format. It’s magical and transformational, this simple act of making daily videos. Even though I did miss a few. I still finished the challenge with more than 90 videos on my channel!!!

Blogs? It made me take my blog seriously and professionally. And quality of content got better. And I’m so motivated to make it grow bigger and better, providing content that serves people, that I’m passionate about.

But you know what my BIGGEST takeaway is? The most valuable thing that nothing else till this point gave me?

Self-belief. Self-confidence. Self-respect. Self-trust.

100 days. It’s more than 3 months. I did have my bad days, lots of good days, nothing-special days, and anywhere in-between days.

But I still showed up for my daily workouts. I made my videos. I tried to bring value and be my best self daily. No matter how I felt. There was something more important than “not feeling like it”. I proved myself, that I indeed could commit to do what I said I’d do no matter what storms were happening in the world outside and most importantly inside of me. I became my own hero, a hero of my own battle, of my own story.

I won a lot of battles and fights with my inner demons in those 100 days. And now I can do it again.

And that is the feeling nothing and nobody could ever give me. The feeling that I can handle anything and come out stronger, better, making happen whatever is important, whatever is needed to be done.

This feeling, that nothing can stop me anymore — It’s like climbing my Everest, the one that only I can see.

Jeez, this winter was harsh!

And yet, so many amazing things happened because I didn’t give up, because I showed up every single day.

It’s been an interesting journey of transformation, these 9 months I’ve been in NYC, these last 100 days especially.

I’m a different person now ready to climb a new peak!

And that’s the BIGGEST gift 100 day challenge gave me — it turned me into my own hero.

Time to make the next step.

I’m designing my new challenge today. New 100 day journey. Excited!
