Do you train to lose weight?
Do you train to have more energy for life? For family? For friends? For yourself?
Do you train for health?
Do you train to build muscle?
Do you train to get stronger?
Do you train to live longer?
There are many good reasons to train. They are all good reasons. As long as they matter to you.
Why do I train?
It beats the shit out of me.
I don’t wake up every morning as a ball of sunshine.
I have my doubts, my fears, my insecurities, my excuses and lazy thoughts.
I put my gym wear on.
Go. Train. Squat heavy.
No shit in my head anymore.
And now I’m a ball of sunshine ready to rock the world, inspire, give, do the work.
