When I read this quote in my workout journal this morning, it made me realize why sticking to workouts is so fundamental for ANY progress in my life.

Not only for my health/fitness progress but ANY progress — business, relationships, studies, creative projects.

And why skipping my morning routine, my exercise routine ruins my days every single time. Maybe not ruins but makes my days so much less enjoyable and so much less effective and impactful.

I realized this morning, why skipping my exercise routine makes me less of what I can be, less of me.

Because it immediately turns you into a leader. Leader of your life.

When you wake up and decide to exercise, to take care of yourself, to star the day YOU designed, before the world puts any demands on you — you lead the day, you run the day. The rest follows.

It’s an immediate shift of mindset, shift of energy — the results follow.

You are so much more likely to have the day YOU want instead of a day the world hands out to you.

It’s that simple.

Yes, daily exercise is amazing for your motivation to stick with your other healthy lifestyle commitments.

Yes, exercise is amazing for keeping your body fit and healthy, full of energy for many many years ahead, many projects ahead.

Yes, exercise helps your body to release a lot of happy hormones and takes the edge off, making you a happy human being ready to deal with any challenge with enthusiasm.

Yes, exercise boosts your self-confidence and gives you that feeling — you can change the world!

Yes, exercise helps you lose and maintain weight so much easier, (the right kind of exercise), helps you to look better and as a result get more dates, feel better in your relationships and any communications.

There is so much, that exercise does for you!

But I believe, that most importantly, it create a leader in you. A leader of your life. A leader, that can make a difference and transform others, transform the world.
